Trust in AI Research

Trust Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Talent Management

The dissertation project investigates trust in AI in talent management. The results provide a deep understanding of employee needs and leadership skills and enable the conscious use of AI while considering ethical principles.

The research project aims to investigate trust in AI systems in talent management. Qualitative and quantitative surveys of employees, managers, HR experts, and data scientists are used to determine factors for the successful use of AI. The focus is on building trust and the changes in the relationship between employees, managers, and AI-supported recommendation systems. The results provide a deep understanding of employees’ needs and the skills managers need when dealing with AI. The research project creates the basis for a conscious use of AI in the company, considering fairness, traceability, transparency, and data security. The findings can be used to increase employees' willingness to change, strengthen managers' skills, and communicate the commitment to trust in AI. Overall, the project enables a holistic integration of AI into corporate practice without neglecting ethical principles and human aspects.

If you want to know what form of trust is needed in your company to drive forward an AI application that benefits all stakeholders in the long term, then participate in the study. (Languages: German & English)

What is different for you after the project?

  1. You know what is essential to your employees in terms of trust so that they use the AI-supported systems, provide the most accurate data possible & and implement recommendations—the willingness to change increases.

  2. You know what your managers need to do to build trust to implement AI systems well in the organization and what they need to do themselves to do so.

  3. As an organization, you can communicate the (study) commitment to trust in AI and a basis for living it (contributes to productivity, employer branding, and employee retention).

  4. They can consciously use AI systems, take advantage of their benefits (increased efficiency, increased productivity), and know what they need to pay attention to ensure fairness, traceability, transparency, and (data) security.

Solution-focused Management Coach

I will ask You questions that will challenge you and ultimately take you further to yourself and others. Are YOU ready?

Coaching impacts professional lives.
My clients come because they are in a space of uncertainty. Coaching means giving space & resonance, stimulating development, and enabling fullness in moments when the coachee tends to remain in a state of deficiency or problem.

If you want to solve a problem, e.g., you need to drive a change in your business strategy, you need to deal with different (opposing) stakeholders, you have many tasks and problems to solve simultaneously, or you want to balance private and work life, that might be a good moment, to take time for yourself to reflect: about yourself, your goals, your values, and what you want to keep or do differently.

Coaching is not a miracle but wonderful because it enables you to learn from within, activate resources, become aware of beliefs, and live according to your values. This allows you to welcome difficulties and deal with them in a way that is consistent with your own needs.

This is recognizable through a proactive approach to change, constructive communication with stakeholders, solution-oriented problem-solving, and work-life balance. Ultimately, coaching impacts not only your life but also your colleagues, employees, friends, and families. Coaching affects relationships - with oneself and with others.

To work as a coach for you is an honor and an added value for you and your environment.

Positions of my clients (with whom I have worked):

  • Managers, especially in change processes, internationally active team managers, e.g. of virtual teams

  • Employees, team members, e.g. of virtual work teams

  • Individual entrepreneurs
